From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we keep your project clear, organized and thoughtfully planned from start to finish.
HOW IT WORKS
From our first call to construction, we'll guide you through what comes next.

SETUP CALL
After you reach out, we'll connect for a quick call to learn about your project. We'll talk through your space, ideas, material options, timeline and budget, while helping you explore whats possible. From there, we'll schedule your in-person consultation.

IN-PERSON CONSULTATION
We'll meet at your home to walk through the project together, take measurements and photos, and make sure we understand exactly what you're looking for. You'll also have a chance to learn more about Hardtwood, see past projects and ask any questions before we begin planning your deck.

DESIGN AND REVIEW
Within approximately one week, we'll meet again to present your design, detailed estimate and material selections. We'll review everything together, answer your questions and make sure the plan feels right before moving forward. If you are happy with the design and estimate we'll get you booked in and start bringing your ideas to life.

PLAN AND BUILD
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll secure your project in our schedule and take care of the permit process. From there, our crew gets to work bringing your new deck to life with careful construction, quality craftsmanship and attention to every detail.

ENJOY YOUR NEW SPACE
Once construction is complete, your new space is ready to enjoy. We'll make sure the finished project reflects the plan and the details have been taken care of. And with your permission, we may return to photograph the finished space - you might even see your deck featured in our portfolio.
